Huge stocks of several pattern fighting-knive´s, (formerly in use in the Wehrmacht), were found in Norway straight after the end, (surrender of the Germans), of WWII !

Oh yes. There's quite a lot of fightingknifes in Norway.

My brother found a converted dutch fighting knife in the garage of his fatherinlaw. He used it to open paint can's.

    Of course.

This is the RNoAF field knife (i wrote fighting knife on the picure but it's actually a field knife)

Made somewhere in the world for the RNoAF for about 10-15 years ago.
Made after the M3 pattern. Never saw any service so that's why it's hard to find any used ones.
Quite rare , have never seen one for sale on the www.
Usualy you can buy it at museums or if you are lucky at a militaria shop.
