Help with ww2 diveing knife

Hi guys,i have a chance to buy a ww1-orww2 not sure but everything abought it looks good except the blade,as it looks like it was made yesterday,the guy said its original and thats the way the blades look it was chrome looking and very very new looking??he only wants $50 for it and realy could use some help because i thought it was realy neet,as it sqrewed inside of the hadle...thanks

Ok,found one on the web,,its like this one but the blade looks like brand new crome blade?

Hi,realy i cant remember seeing any markes on it at all?everything looked wright abought it except for the blade..it looked way to new..thanks for the reply! if there was a picture of one out there with a crome blade i would love to know if its real?
