Vady,A Teno hewer in that condition is rare, believe me!Many don't have the frog and few have the knot. That rig would gain much attention where ever you showed it.The condition is rare to begin with. That complete rig would be worth over $4,000 and more.Check on Tom Johnsons site in VA.if you care to.They are getting rarer and rarer, take it from someone who checks and talks with dealer/collectors here in US. and in the UK.Be proud of that piece!Carl
VADY,One more thing as a hint to make sure that the leather loop that holds the hewer to the frog, leave it loose. The weight of the hewer will cause over time for the loop to snap.A old timer in this field told me that.If you look at some rigs you will see that the loop has snapped and that doesn't help the piece.
Love this mint one
thanks, chap!
thanks to all.
