    Hello,
is any chance to establishing maker of this blade?
I found information, on 3 producers of NPEA daggers - Carl Eickhorn, Max Weyersberg and Karl Burgsmuller of Berlin. But unfortunately in my opinion the rest of logo doesn't match to any of them

What you have circled is the remnants of the word " Solingen "

Out of the NPEA seen producers and distributor Eickhorn is the only logo that would show " Solingen " on their logo.

Horster , Burgsmuller , WMW, and rarely seen EF Horster do not have Solingen on the NPEA blades.

    A Question though :
With the blade this corroded how would you detect this blade may have been NPEA ?

That specific motto was used by Eickhorn. I assume the Solingen could be part of the Eickhorn "over the shoulder" logo that was in use on NPEA daggers.
