I agree with the others, nice looking 3R Zolldienst bayonet showing aluminum hilt & shorter uncut blade. The frog & belt loop are definitely for a hirschfänger but I have seen both this combination & other similar frogs specifically modified for vertical hanging of a Polizei Seitengewehr.

As was mentioned previously, this rig was probably like this in the period although the removing the frog from the upper scabbard fitting might confirm this, based on the oxidation pattern & whether it follows the shape of the notched frog. Thanks for showing it, a scarce variant.
