    Hi All .....

Well as I’m laid up and pretty bored after recovering from a Kidney Stone removal using Laser Surgery ... I’ll post another dagger from the collection.

In my possession about 25 years, the Hanger has always been attached.
The Dagger gets an occasional wipe over, but not polished.

    Hope you enjoy.

    As always comments appreciated.

Nice to have the leather on the hanger. More often than not they are missing

    Nice example!
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

A nice second pattern hanger often referred to as a "Bullet Hanger", sometimes we see the metal clasp marked Assmann and Sohn or H & Co., both with a date.. The leather "Bullet" piece has been known to be marked Kern Klager & Cie or Th. Siebod Offenbach also with a date.. The example you have shown is missing the belt loop attachment that we would normally like to see.. Still, a nice piece and a great addition including the Haumesser. Get some rest and there will probably be others that chime in soon as well.. G

Like I said over on GHW, that's a handsome hewer and just phenomenal that you have the hangers.

Wish you a complete and quick recovery!

Good stuff Steve. Hope you are mending well and are back on your feet soon. Taking Dagger photos always makes me feel better. Nice hewer brother. Love the patina and the stag grip is a nice color. Hanger is always a nice touch on these to have as well.
