Hey Map, From my knowledge it was a distributor name. “W. Michovius Cottbus”. The Michovius firm was in the East German city of Cottbus. I believe they had set up a dealership with the Eickhorn firm. I also if not mistaken believe I have seen the distributor mark on a uniform, leather belt & a visor in my collecting travels. Hoping that helps but others may know more.

Kirk lovely pics of an outstanding cutlass.
I think no third reich blade collection is complete when you miss a Deluxe TR cutlass
These DeLuxe cutlasses combine the best features blades can offer:
Etches, awesome leatherwork on scabbards, hand enhancement on clamshell and hilt or even scabbard fittings, grippplates of stag, bone or Ivory.
This Eickhorn is a beauty.
The reason why i love my Pack Cutlasses is because of these hand enhancements, its amazing how many hours of labour a cutlass needed before it was ready for sale.
Here a bit of handwork on my E.Packs
Regards,
Ger

Beautiful deluxe cutlass from Eickhorn, Rossi. Hard to find with that design with early TR double oval CE TM. Quality all the way. Congrats!
Very nice indeed, well done!
