    Default Two Hunting Related Blades

I obtained these two pieces from a veteran back in 1985. He related that he found them in an abandoned hunting lodge somewhere in the Black Forest. What is interesting is they have gold and dark green portopees, which indicate a high rank comparable to a military general officer.
The first piece was a working hunting knife. It is a converted saw tooth bayonet with custom crossguard and brown leatherette scabbard covering. The blade is not maker marked. Two Hunting Related BladesTwo Hunting Related BladesTwo Hunting Related BladesTwo Hunting Related BladesTwo Hunting Related Blades

The trademark is under the clamshell so taking a picture is impossible. The gold and green portopee is from my understanding the rank of general in the Forestry Association. The tank of the blade is bent to fit the selected stag antler handle.
