Thanks for the info, much appreciated.

Hi Brian, here are some useful links for you:

    Google Translate

This one is also good and in the drop down menu there is a Military Science option:

    Free Online Translator

For doing Russian, this one is great as it has a Cyrillic keyboard:

PROMT - Free Online Translator and dictionary - English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian) and Russian languages.

    Cheers, Ade.

Thumbs down Re: WW2 GERMAN NPEA student dagger KARL BURGSMULLER

I don't know what Ron Weinand said but I can assume he said to "walk-away" from that piece of Fraud.
It's that recycled Eban junk. Currently over $800. and not worth $60.
    1. Fake Blade
    2. Lower crossguard numbers are "routed in" not stamped.
    3. fake repro scabbard. Probably a with a brass ball.
    4. frog is not NPEA.

I'm not a regular poster here but just don't want a newbie to get burned. NO experienced dagger collector woulld buy that because it's junk.
Before you ask about what parts are "good"...here's the answer - NONE!
