Neither have I actually. I arrived after closing time for both shop and museum and George opened up the shop just for me, so I didn't want to be pushy and ask him to also let me wander the museum. Plus there was really only time to try and scour the shop for items I "couldn't live without" before it became pretty late.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
Ok.was in Gettysburg today visiting the college with my son. Went back to find the place I was talking about. It is "the Antique Center of Gettysburg"
Went back in. Was somewhat surprised that many of the fakes were correctly listed as such. Better than when I was there a few years back. Still there were a few camo helmets that were clearly fake as well as some medals. Hard for an average person to notice, but simple for collectors like us

What a neat looking shop this is M.
Thanks, D.
There are a dozen or so shops (or as many like to call themselves "Museums") in or around the town. Mostly Civil war but plenty of WW2. Way overpriced and much is garbage or fake,
This shop is 90% "consignment" but they did actually have some nice items, most of them "smalls". The big items were mostly messed with. That said, this named Heer Medical Visor "looked" legit with just two very small moth nips...but was almost $1k and "Firm". Forget who the maker that used the logo in black on the sweat shield that just said "Extra Klass". I didn't get a real hands on though to confirm originality.
