Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
Good Luck, hope you find a treasure you are missing in your collection.
Good luck Paul. It is also Birmingham tomorrow.
Cheers, Ade.

I did not get to Brum: we had the Grandkids over and while the eldest would have loved to have gone with me, it would not have been fair to Lez to leave her with a very demanding 3 year old.
I do like to support shows, but I agree Paul, the 'net is killing them. I can see much better stuff for sale online. But you cannot beat hands on, even if it is only repro stuff. Shows for me are now just social events.
Cheers, Ade.

Me too Ade i like to support the shows and sometimes have a table to sell some stuff but now they have become a social event for dealers / collectors to have a chin wag , i hardly covered the cost of my table today !! Soon it won't be commercially viable to hold them as the footfall is dropping drastically !!
cheers

It's not the lack of dealers mate it's the lack of public !!
