Im pretty sure this is not 38 dated and would suggest the date of manufacture is 1958. The pattern of the pilotka is incorrect for a war time issue, the sides coming level with the crown where as on war time ones the sides are lower.
Imo this is a reproduction of a VVS (Air Force) pilotka officer .
I believe 58 is more likely the size but I do believe this to be a repro
This seems a low quality repro to me

Very low quality I'm afraid. The piping is awful and of course the stamp is an outright fake. Try to get a refund.
