Doubt about SSh-68

Hello gentlemen!

I bought an SSH-68 on ebay (from Ukraine). See pics:



But to my surprise, I saw that this same seller put another helmet that has the same serial number on the tab (1.41777). See pic:



I ask: How is this possible? Two helmets (SSH-68) can have the same number?

The meaning of these numbers is not fully understood. If it is a lot or batch number, then many helmets may have the same number. There must remain thousands of these helmets in former Soviet surplus. Fakery with such a common an readily available helmet is not so likey

Thanks for the answer, but is the helmet that I bought (above) original?

The seller sent me this answer about matching numbers.: "This is the serial number of the factory consignment of goods".
