    Absolutely...

    There is quite a difference between this one - the cockarde & embroidery especially - and the "100% authentic" examples one sees being pushed out there in the collectors market...

    Thanks, I figured 1945-50 range but thought something might narrow the date down even further.

    I believe it is Model of 1943 - General of Infantry Technical (Engineers) - Vintage; Most likely late 1940X thru early 1950X...

    This is a very rare M1943 General cap for Army Administration, not Eng. Very rare. It is war period.
