Help date Soviet Airforce Cap

Hello All,

Im wondering if anyone can tell me how to date this Airforce cap. Im thinking 70's-80's but not 100%. I also think the stars have been added later to enhance the item.v

I think your right 70s or 80s nice cap

The owner have written the names of some cities inside the cap. I guess he must have served there. Pskov, Habarovsk, and the last city i don't know. but it's called Legnitza or something. I don't know about the stars, but the cap is newer date of course. Could easily be 80's-90's.
