    Hello
    I found this very intresting ushanka on the fleemarket and i am not shure about when it was made
    It have 2 Inkstamps inside one seems like the number 7 (I think it is the size of the hat) and one other Symbol but im not shure About it
    I cant tell not more about it because im not an expert on this area of knowledge
    A real intresting fact is that the hat fits perfect into my SSh-39 were the liner was missing

    is it a real WW2 Ushanka or poor a postwar made example

    I am thankful for all ideas, comments and posts about it
    I hope the pictures were good

    Post-war and probably Bulgarian. (Cyrillic Ж - Zh).

    The lining of wartime examples forms a large diamond in the middle from four sets of two or three parallel lines. The body is a felt like material rather than this coarse type.

    To me it is also a Bulgarian ushanka.

    I agree with the comments above. The post-war Bulgarian models have these types of linings. I as well have a postwar Bulgarian ushanka.

    Just to repeat other comments, it's a classic Bulgarian example.
    Attaching pics of 2 classic wartime liner examples and diagram, Ofcourse there are many factors but the first thing that I always look at is the liner.

    Liner is often the easiest give-away yes. Here's mine for comparison:
