The lining of wartime examples forms a large diamond in the middle from four sets of two or three parallel lines. The body is a felt like material rather than this coarse type.

To me it is also a Bulgarian ushanka.

I agree with the comments above. The post-war Bulgarian models have these types of linings. I as well have a postwar Bulgarian ushanka.
