This is general's service cap in period 1958-1969. The corps is infantry or artillery or something else, excluding air force and navy.

Post 69 to me , justice or medical
Definitely it is not post 1969 because after that time the visors became smooth.
No doubts, this is the cap from complect of general's service uniform (corps of engineers) model 1958-1969.
For instance, below the photo of museum exposition where the same cap lies on the cap from parade uniform.

Hi Dom,
You are right the cockade is not from general's attribute this period. I did not pay attention to that. The correct star is on yellow background. Like that
The cockade might be replaced... Nevertheless such type of the visor with double wave relief is an attribute of period 58/69. We can compare with late style 69/91 where the visor had single narrow ledge along the edges.
