Ink stamp that looks like a spider (example below) is always post-war, I think I see a corner of one of those stamps in one of your pictures, therefore this helmet is post-war. . I'm sure a lot of these shells were used in WWII and refurbished afterwards, but as far as I know there's no way to differentiate the refurbished wartime shells vs the ones manufactured in '48.

That knows noone ,but it seems to be overpainted on many parts of the shell(thicker colour)
And the WW2 parts?

That chinstrap configuration is usually not correct for a wartime ssh40. It's mostly on ssh39s and post-war ssh40s. There are exceptions, but this is not one of them, that chinstrap is post-war.

The net looks very similar to the east German items.

Yes the helmet net looks east german ,because it was used in the DDR on a russian Outpost
The NVA was delivered with russian stuff or not?
I am not an expert on DDR items
