i will go out on a limb and say it's an original Ssh39. definitely not a Polish WZ50, perhaps a Czech M53 but i doubt it. compare it to this one,

Seems a honest Winter war trophy from 39-40 year. This is a Ssch -39 by it's shape and rivets
