Yes I know it's Piolotka. Maybe I should've rephrased it and said what kind of Piolotka is it, what period etc.

Gunny it isnt 1975, it's just 75. I can see it quite clearly when it's in my hand

They didn't use all four digits, only the last two. It's a soviet army pilotka for an enlisted man not an officer!..
