Must be a generals of Marshals of ussr, but with wrong chinstrap, and looks like with a bad cockade and I have doubts concerning the cap itself. Needs close up pictures

Aside from the incorrect chinstrap, it may have the SMALLEST possibility of standing a chance - IMO that is...
The photos are still too small to be able to tell anything more. We need to see more at least 150KB of size in clearer definition and brighter exposure - and posted on this forum, not on an outside image hosting website.

IMO, it is cap of General/Marshal of 1940X - as Dim has written.
I think the cockarde is authentic, and the construction of the cap is legitimate as well for such a thing - IMO of course as my experience is nil to none concerning this subject.

the value yes, but I'm not interested in selling the item. is to know the value of the article to include it in my home insurance.
