Early nazi sympathizer buckle?...
definitely not a mini,only made by morris or Austin.lol.
I have see these in gold and silver but this is the first one I remember seeing with the black background. Some of these are stamped Ges Gesch. Not sure about the belt.
Again buckle looks like a sympathizer buckle, the belt I have never seen on any type of buckle before, looks more like something you would hang around some ones neck!

I have one such buckle in my collection.....as for the belt: Angolia has one pictured on page 586. The fabric belt on that example is a black red white color combination. He also mentions the black background on the buckle.
I too would consider this a sympathizer buckle.

I promise that I am not playing the "devils advocate" game here chaps, however I still think that this buckle has no association whatsoever with the NSDAP. Instead, a 1920's era female fashion item. No more and no less.

If it was a women's fashion item it was very common. I have come across lots of these over the years. Here is a couple of buckles from a large collection I got last year. If these are German that had to be for women.
