From the images, a good looking buckle at least. If a black strap with a silver buckle, NSKK (not exclusively) as a likely candidate for wear.

Is the marking UE27 ? Rittinghaus & Co., Lüdenscheid ??

thanks david, but the leather is black and the buckle has some golden color points you can see it on the 1 photo
