This one is small and square with no markings. It has a swastika on a stippled background. What type is this?

NSDAP sympathizer buckle or perhaps even a buckle used in the 20's with no particular link to national socialism (more like a good luck symbol piece of "jewelry".

I had a "run in" with this dealer and it was bad!!! Also, I've never heard any good things about this particular dealer so I don't know if his "claims" are true....I really doubt it. I wouldn't consider this a "extremely rare buckle". It has its place in German belt buckle collecting - but not rare and I don't think its was linked to that organization.
