I think that you will find that the UE mark to your buckle is 82 and not 32. An SA (not NSKK in my opinion) by Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid.
UE marks perhaps fall into the category of whilst not being rare, are certainly not common. My thoughts however are that any SA buckle with any manufacturers related codes and markings is worthy of notice and comment.

RZM M/183 is indeed a fantasy stamping.
