Luft Belt buckle - polished?? Original??

I was offered these items.
I mainly collect US items so I am not well versed in TR.
Can anyone tell me is this belt buckle original?
Also, does it appear polished??

You should post several items in different threads.. The better the pictures the assessment will actually be of use to others and yourself... The buckle is of interest and more close up and rear pics will help... G
