Hello,

i'm not Ben but they were manufactured in 1943 blanks, which were completed after the war .

IMO for civil and fire department ..................

Many Thanks for Your Opinion on the B&N Buckles..still looks Strange to me
Why shall there be ready made "Blanks" that would be some Procedure,the
Stamp(Press) should do all in one go? A ready folded Buckle - then press it
