Hi, and welcome to the forum!

You are correct. This is the well known "OLT" fake made by Tony Oliver in the 1970's. The letters are his initials and the number was his telephone number! These continue to fool the unwary to this day.

Soft aluminium "Frontheil" fantasy buckle . Piece where R.Z.M M34/2 is stamped didnt fit correctly with my NVA belt.

2x Fake Luftwaffe Buckles -
Three faults I know of with the buckles are the form of the eagle is wrong - beak too pointy and tail form incorrect. Also the berry at 12,00 o'clock above the eagle is too big.
