Strange belt, thoughts?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone could advise on this belt? The actual leather looks ok, but the hook is oversize. It doesn't fit a TR buckle, would that be a post war Bundi hook? Also the adjustment tab looks strange and has non standard stitching and a rivet? It's obviously been farted about with, but does the leather look ok? It would be cheap.

The catch is the type used on web belts. Notice the flat sides. I don't remember ever seeing that type of a catch on a leather belt. It might just be a late war put togeather.

Hi Ben, it was coming with a job lot. The FKO belt and buckle I posted yesterday, and a brown political??? belt. The price I paid was good for just the FKO belt and buckle so very happy.

I'll post pics of the brown belt shortly, in effect that and the above belt were free...
