Overhoff made buckles post war Paul and I believe a couple of other makers, let me look into it

Yes, but Overhoff was in the FRG.
Yes, Aurich in Dresden and Brehmer in Markneukirchen made buckles after the war in East Germany. Only Brehmer survived and became VEB PRÄWEMA later.
