What is this buckle?

I have been presented this piece for sale. I have been given permission by the seller to research it. I'm not familiar with it and am stuck. Can anyone help?

I think it maybe a teno buckle, looks like there is a TN logo in the swastika

Looks like Teno and it appears to have some age

It's supposed to be a TeNo (Technische Nothilfe) buckle, judging by the insignia imposed over the swastika...Looks very crude to me, and the hardware appears reversed.

The buckle again is meant to be a Teno buckle but in fact is a very crude fake, can you post these pics in the rouges gallery please?

Copy from the 70s. Anyone on the forum own a real teno em buckle early or late styles. I have seen officers but I have never seen a teno em with the swastika. Kirby
