    That's a beautiful, legendary rifle Rick. I've always wanted to shoot one of these. I've read that collectors swear this rifle is more accurate than the 03 Springfield under 200 yards. Dear god, I don't know if I could get the courage to sell a nice rifle like that. I've only sold one rifle in 30 years of collecting them and regretted that one sell. Make sure you think long and hard. These are really becoming scarce in their original military configuration. Plus your's appears to have the orginal rear sight. Most of the rear sights on these got replaced with the 1901 updates. I bet 80% of these got sporterized. Thanks for posting.
