    Yes, but the WW2 example are generally marked, as you can see in this link:
    Reinigungsgerat 34
    I think that these kits were also produced in the postwar period and in some countries of Eastern Europe.
    In your example missing the key to disassemble the shutter.

    Hard to tell. So many countries produced these same style kits post war.

    I have one that is 1938 dated and a umarked one. If I remember correctly none of the parts in either have any German markings.
