Another well travelled Mosin Nagant Finnish M91

Hello-this is my Finnish M91-the receiver was made at the Sestroryetsk arsenal in 1917 and uncommonly the receiver has not been 'scrubbed' so all the myriad of markings over its long life are retained-any on the wood have been lost as it has been restocked as was usual with Finnish rebuilds, only the rebuild cartouche is present. The rifle's current home is now here in Australia on the far side of the World from where it saw such long service.

The F over W over W was the logo of the west german firm (reseller) Frankonia Waffen
The Eagle over N is the west german proof mark for Nitro powder
The shield with diagonal lines is the bavarian München proof house used from 1968 so defenetly post WW2
