Armenian fighthing ladies

Article about: Is there any knowledge in this forum about the make of these rifles? It is a photograph I took off Pinterest and it dates apperently to WW1 in the Ottoman Empire. Thanks for looking into it.

    Thanks Gunny, but the bolt handle seems to be too far to front for a Mauser.

    I tend to agree with the comments on the link, they might be "prop" rifles. I searched the net and couldn't find a match!..

    Yes, good point. They may well be in costume for a photographer with various props. That said I doubt if the Kardashian sisters would want to cross these ladies!
