I can't afford one of those pre 45 trainers with the prices they bring now, but I have a postwar Heym single shot based on the Mauser layout, pretty much. That thing is a target grade shooter. Even with the Mauser type sights, it can shoot very tiny groups from the bench, with target grade ammunition. As good as a heavy target rifle I also own. Therefore the handier Heym will stay and the very heavy target gun is going.
Bill, another beautiful trainer. What is the proof to the right of the BSW logo? British resale? I don't have my proof booklet.
