It is what is called a European 'FREE' Pistol or a 'Parlor' pistol..Used for indoor shooting.. Usually in cal. 4mm, 6mm Folbert, .22 s, L, LR... This one might be Czech made..BILL

Sorta, but quite a few differences. So far I've stumped five forums on an accurate ID. Still waiting...
Check this czech forum out. It most certainly is czech made and I should say 1937 date from the number by the czech lion proof on the barrel. I'd be confidant it is a parlor type pistol as mentioned.
