Collectors go wild over the wood stock/holsters but at the time they were rejected by the more competent militaries that tested them as impractical and a waste of effort-the short barrel and sight radius of the P35 pistol, the free provision of SMGs and carbines as more effective alternatives and the general use of pistols only as back up weapons all led to this conclusion-no western Allied army ever used them and a large stockpile was left over at the end of the war which is where the collectors' examples pretty much all come from. That said, they're a nice piece to have for a 'completeist'.
