If you read the article, most of the small Finnish stocks of this type were sold off in the early 1950s before the import marks were required-most Finn stuff was surplussed in the mid 1980s in their large clean out of obsolete weapons and did require the markings then.

Yes, SA stamp means "Suomen armeija", Finnish army.
