Iconic pistol (Gavrillo Princip)...
Such pistols were issued to the Cretan Gendarmerie, of the Cretan Commonwealth (Greece) around 1900's.

Thanos mate-Mr Princip was using an FN 1910 that fateful day-the actual pistol turned up a few years ago.
Thank you for the correction lithgow...I was left with the impression that the gun in question was a 1900 because over the years there was a fuzzy picture about the type...Googling it, settled the issue.
