Can you tell me if these French Uniques were used during WW I ?
I have seen one of these in a museum in northern Greece (Kilkis War Museum), belonging to a greek officer who fought in the Balkan wars.

Thanos, There was a WW2 version of this pistol produced by the Germans during the occupation of France called the Kriegsmodell,, it had the German Waffenamt stamp of WaA251... The Germans also produced the Unique Model 16 and 17 with Waffenamts and the French MAB model D.....and the French Model 35A which was in the French cal. 7.65mm French Longue (Long)...BILL

I guess that the weapon i saw, was post WW I produced, donated to the museum by the family of the late greek officer.
