I wonder what happens after Brexit?

My thoughts exactly... Do the EU laws still apply to us non-EU members?

    I hope not Harry!!!!

Probably not, but the UK will most likely keep the new standard as national law anyway and I think you can forget about getting the previous UK spec on the EU-exemption list. I'm afraid the Brexit is the worst thing that could have happened to deact-owners...

Time will tell, but we voted 'out' for far more important reasons than deactivation rules.

After Brexit, it will still take up to two years to negotiate a final exit date. Until then, we are still EU members subject to their regulations

If I'm not mistaken stricter Gun Laws will probably be coming to the US very soon in light of recent events!-Stay tuned!!!

Two countries don't accept the text : Poland and CZ where you can have many weapons. But in 20 years I never heard of weapon problems in these countries.

Afraid sargetom may be correct. Back in the 60s or 70s never had all this BS going on!! People conducted themselves more properly. Seems too many lack morals these days.

A lot of social issues concerning firearms these days,
and it's true that law abiding citizen owners get
picked on for effect. Criminals don't give
    a hoot about gun laws.

Years ago, I heard a chap comment on stiffening
licencing/gun laws: "Oh well, I guess I'll just
    collect knives then".

    Worse things to come.........
    Regards,

    Steve.
