    Ian,

    You could seek clarifacation with the authorities but if they tighten the laws anymore you'll only be left with the carring handle and maybe the butt as they are wood? But you could still beat someone with the butt? Best to outlaw it completely, then the kitchen cutlery, should make it all plastic!

    Lee if you think about it when we field strip our deacts we end up with section five parts its only when we put it back together that the certificate actualy pertains

    Lee simple thing like the extractor magazine catch safety catch etc they are all section 5 parts nothing is done to them in the deac prosses
    so in eccence we are all in posetion of sec parts without the necesary cert
    if some over zeloss police man where to see it that way

    Technically you are correct, it looks like a loop hole, everthing should be welded solid by this time next year, and while their at it they will probably get all the old spec as well? Can't think of anyone ever going mad with an LMG in UK except in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, quality film! We should thank the lord or Allah that we are still allowed to own these now inert pieces of metal!

    see you can go on line and buy a bren spare parts kit in there you will find a firing pin (all be it cut short ) and aan extractor and springs ????? but they are section 5 parts ????? work it out its all daft

    well its cheaper and easyer for our crims to go to manchester liverpool london and many other cyties and buy a live fire weapon right under the noeses of the police than it is for them to buy and try to convert a deac which is allmost imposable any way
