Does your pistol have any papertrail, declaration forms...

It looks very interesting to me, it is the first time i see the loop placed over there!.

The holster has a mark inside.
you really need to oil your pistol, fingerprints will rust on the surface and the value will go down.

If you were in Belgium, i would buy it.
I'll ask Anthony Vanderlinden for aditional info.

    Paco,

No paper trail. Original tag when brought back from WWII lost, but uncle remembers event well.

I have decided to sell it to a collector, which I am not. Better to have it with someone who appreciates it.

Didn't see anything posted by Anthony. Did you find out any more about this "mystery FN"? Any guess as to what it might be worth? One from WWII without loop just sold on gunbroker.com for $1250US, which has me interested.

Very nice FN 1910 and with an even more fascinating history to it. Great to have the original holster with it as well-these Japanese pieces are fairly scarce! No doubt the Japanese officer that had it felt proud to carry it. His cohorts must have been envious. William

Lota good it did him! He was dead and it was still holstered.

Here's an example of how little I know: What are the restrictions on selling this pistol internationally? I would love to see it go to a good home.

In many countries it is illegal to import firearms. You may have to sell
to a licenced buyer/collector in your own country.

Depending where you are located, witout a licence it may be illegal
just to be in posession of it, and/or if it's not 'registered'.
    Regards,

    Steve.
