Even if it was/is indeed a Reichbahn rig (which I doubt), then 'Bahnhof' still is translated into train station.

I specialize in M1 carbines and Lugers.
Strange layout for the holster-the mag at the rear would be pretty hard to get to in a hurry when wearing a heavy jacket or overcoat.
IMO its questionable. The holster too.
Who knows when it was made....
well the pistol worries me as much. it has some rather odd things going on with it. the pitting and overall wear on it gives me the impression that its has been touched up.its also missing certain other things that I personally like to see.
