As I think, the gun is Knorr-Bremse LH35, prototype of Knorr-Bremse MG35/36. Found in Latvia in place where SS-Tottenkopf was in 1941.
Any suggestions on value? And does any of them survived the war?

SS-T guys with prototype, may be the same one.
Very interesting, a few similarities to the MG13 - not many though.

i can see slight similarities in the german fg42 aswell
It was a very poor design-bought on a commercial basis by the SS at a time when they were not able to get standard Heer weapons-had the bad feature of the butt stock often falling off during firing amongst other problems--a modified version was made in Sweden as a war emergency weapon but was equally unpopular with users there and retired immediately after the war.
Hi Great for any collection but thats an ugly weapon.
