The bolt and magazine are Soviet early made 20s -30s max. Walk away it would be a pain to find proper Fin bolt and details. Top hand-guard is also a Soviet early brass detailed.

Actually the bolt itself is Tula 1928 max, rest of it is Izmash 30-45

Well known fact, yes they did. Some left over from RI, some captured during the Winter war and the beginning of WW2. But in case of deacts It's most likely was assembled in Birmingham or somewhere like that

I"m confused by the assertion it is ''assembled'' from parts outside Finland. The FINs did not make their own bolts (yes they did make some small parts but those are rare). MOST FIN guns are mixmasters with many russian parts. You don't show the bolt serial, but they would have fit one to the new barrel and then found a bolt that headspaced and then re-numbered it and put soviet bits on the new fin wooden stock, note it is blued over the top (also very fin).
    The

In the US I'd put the rifle at $250ish?

An M39 would be built on a soviet receiver and bolt (and mag) as well, with FIN parts for the rest.
