Mosin Nagant 91/30 identification help please

Hi Eric

I had the option of putting a high eye relief or 'Scout' scope but opted for a standard Tasco I had in the cupboard. The eye relief isn't as good but suits my shooting style, (slow and careful). It's positioned just forward of the bolt stop and I use the palm of my had - fingers up - to push the round home and my thumb to lock the bolt into position. Extraction is carried out with the index and middle finger. Its comfortable for my style but may not be suitable for anyone wanting to pump out the rounds rapidly at short distance targets.
