It also has the serial number and date of manufacture of 1943

By the way, I know the book looking symbol means it was refurbished and the hammer and sickle is an obvious one but does anyone or you toten know what any of the letters represent?

There's a few different letters scattered around with the markings there, I can make out an M and N, idk wether they are anything significant though, as my bayonet also has A's and other letters dotted around.
They are probably not important, but try this site for more info
